I just got back home from there! Loved it!!!!! Stayed at building kk10 close to entrance/ exit gate stayed for 2 days 1 night. Absolutely loved the whole resort. I did everything they have and I mean everything! Water park/ Pool jacuzzi Basketball, game room- ate ice cream. The angus steak house was perfect!! I highly recommend the west gate resort to anyone that wants a getaway.

We are owners and the renovations are really nice. Just left in October and we are going back next weekend. Gladys Knight is in concert on the 5th and we are excited to see her again! We look forward to relaxing and enjoying our weekend get away! It's winter but there is a Jacuzzi tub in our condo so turning on Pandora, lighting the candles, and listening to smooth jazz is my plan.

We stayed a year ago and will be going back this year but we are going to take advantage of all the amenities thanks for providing great information

Does the studio have a washer and dryer?
Ive stayed plenty. This summer may be my last stay only because there are many other hotels i want to experience.
Going there on July vacation is the waterpark free with timeshare owner.
I don't think it is, but, there might be discounts for owners.
Yes, it is free for owners and their guess up to the amount of guess allowed in the room.

It’s funny that you say that it’s dated because the cabinets, couches, patio furniture, and appliances have all been replaced in that unit. I’ve been an owner for 12 years now. And that use to have an all white concept. So I’m excited to go how to see the new changes. Lol

@@MyOrlandoDesti Yes, we are owners and during COVID the resort was closed to make a ton of upgrades. It could be that the renovations started with the owner condo's. We are taking a short get-a-way next week.
@@feliciawest2699 I can't wait to see the renovations. We've owned at a few Westgate locations since 1990 starting with the villas. And at Town Center since 2010.
One of my biggest complaints is that Westgate does not renovate or update the rooms often enough.
Their grounds have always been impeccable and there are a host of amenities and activities. But, I need to see that same effort put into the design of the rooms.

Do u have to pay an extra $100 per day outside of the regualt hotel fee?
All i can think of is the safety deposit of either $50 or $100 , but safety deposits are standard across all hotels and Resorts.

Yes the water park was open but with limited capacity. Go as early as possible.

Does the kitchen have a stove?
Yes. Kitchenettes have stove tops and full kitchens have a stove.
How much for the rental bikes?
Oh wow..I think they were free..Just sign the waiver...Don't quote me lol.
Did the room have a internet jack or strictly wifi?
Now that you mention it, don’t recall ever seeing an Ethernet jack in the room.

Yes, I believe it's 12.99. Don't know if its gone up.
