And it doesn't even go to "Orlando" (or the resorts), it goes to the airport! Which is at least a 20 minute drive away from anywhere you want to go. I really am very curious what their main revenue comes from right now.

My family and I have stood there twice , the first time was great , the second time as well but we had found a smash roach on the hinge of the fridge so we haven’t gone back , but overall we had a great time . With the new renovations i will definitely go back .

This resort is trash. I regret staying at this resort. Payed all these fees all for nothing for headache and tears. They could update their rooms all they want and I would never stay there again. At first they stuck me in the dirtiest room with no art on the walls and dust bunnies and trash all over the rooms. My hometown hotel was nicer than the room. So I took pictures and complained. They tried to make ammends by putting me in an updated room. It was updated and clean and beautiful. But curious....is everyone paying the same fees to have a lesser or greater experience? Very wrong and falsley advertised. But wait...there's more. I had cash and items stolen from my room by housekeeping which was never returned to me on top of when I discovered that things were taken none of my towels were replaced when I arranged the old ones like they asked. When I went to the front desk management and security hustled me into a secret room so that the other customers could not hear my complaint. They interrogated me about the whole ordeal. They were very unprofessional. Thought I was being threatened tbh. At the end I had to beg both in person and over the phone for them to at least give me fresh towels for my family. Worst experience of my life. I was actually overjoyed when I checked out because it felt like escaping a nightmare. I stayed at regular hotels better than this. I went on google reviews only to see that they had done this in the same way to countless other victims staying at this resort.

How was the pricing for the adult food?

My sister and I stood there last year during spring break and it wasn’t that great for me. It was too loud and that bunk bed was too uncomfortable for me. My sister took the king bed.

Does the hotel provide a shuttle to universal?

We’re coming here from the UK on the 26th December. We’re so glad the rooms have a little fridge! It’s very rare to get a hotel room with a fridge here in the UK even at very expensive hotels.

Great review. Never stayed there. Seems like a nice property. I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and loved it there. I agree, I don't like the layout of the bathroom either. Also, not cool maintenance didn't come to fix the fire alarm. Not at the Waldorf the service level there was exceptional. I guess that's what people pay a higher preminum for. Would certainly stay there again. I've made reservation for this property. Will do my research before my travel dates next year.

I’ve stayed here a few times, not by choice but because my work has got a deal going withe them. My last trip was not so good at all. Got completely ripped off by the catering team- decide not to order room service as it was expensive… in stead, looked out for snack. Got one..

We just bought in to a timeshare with them and will be staying here for our main orientation. I surely hope that the room quality that we get with our timeshare experience is better than this. It needs some major updating. I stay in alot of resorts and hotels and this is way subpar.

Maybe in some aspects your right but I think in others it’s skewed, the water park at the motel is in dire need of some maintenance, the bucket that drops on kids is full of rust both inside and out, that drops onto a roof that is also rusty, also hits the little circle spinner things with paint pealing off and you guessed it rusty. The elevator had graffiti and also appeared to be unserviced with one door slamming shut and the elevator door itself lagging behind which seemingly was something out of a movie, trash cans in the middle of the walkway my guess to try to contain a roof leak. Property has a long way to go.

We did Disney in January this year, but didn't get to do all that we wanted because sickness to some of us out for a few of the days. It helped a little but I’ve never been so it’s kinda hard to follow. Help! I wanna book a hotel for a few nights and take my 1 year old grandbaby and her mom out on a $500 budget. I’m hoping to see the beach so grandbaby can have her first beach experience. Hopefully everything is close because we”ll be lyfting everywhere. Any suggestions? Travel date 7/5 - 7/9

I've stayed here many years ago. I actually really liked this hotel. IHOP is right next door. Room was clean, and the pool was good.

The living room is going be a NO lol but everything else looks good I like it’s super spacious. A Disney room would easily charge over $800 a night for something that big

I'm a huge MSC fan. I will never understand complaints about the food either. I've been on a variety of ships and each time the food and overall experience has been incredible. Great video!
