The footprint of the space is tiny. Way too small for living space. Add to that the bathroom, kitchen etc, there is very little space to live in at all. You may as well get a caravan.

I have visited Tbilisi Georgia this year 2021, but I will be coming to Batumi in November to stay and I am interesting in Buying an apartment eventually. Could you recommend some apartments for someone like me who is interested in buying a turnkey property?
