The way it's looking on your skin reminds me a lot of something I just tried for the first time yesterday, the Le Labo perfume balm. It looked oily when I first applied it, but then as I rubbed it in it felt more like I had just applied a serum and it absorbed nicely!

I’ve never tried water based fragrance, I love jasmine so I need to check at least one out. I think it will be great for spring and summer.

I tried it and had no issues. It was a cotton shirt and it dried like normal.

Not loud projecting because there is no alcohol. More scent bubble scent.
