    I have to replace my entire wire loom from the front of the caravan draw bar right to the taillights

      Thank you for watching and for the compliment. I know it's too long, but I couldn't figure out what else to cut. Someone would have to be really interested to watch it all. :-)

      I actually did watch it all the way thru. LOL Kept waiting for the wires to jump back down the rabbit hole. :)

    Having worked in TV studios, I can attest that you do not want to touch the glass of a bulb with your hand. The oils from your hand produce heat stress points that eventually will cause the glass envelope to burst where your hand has touched. I always go the extra step and wipe the glass of the bulb down with a clean cloth because you never know what might have happened during the manufacturing process. Great information and video.

      Hi Scotty. It has been a long time since I made this video, and I don't remember where I got it...probably at an auto parts store. Thanks for watching.

      Southwire is the brand, but I don't find a model number. They are sold at Lowes in the electrical department. Thanks for watching and for your comment. I hope you have subscribed.

    where can I purchase the sockets you replaced ??

    • @ImnotChuck.
      @ImnotChuck.  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Despite the terrible photo, I think these are the sockets I ordered. www.commandelectronics.com/shop/two-replacement-sockets-for-surface-tail-lights I know that this is the place I found them, but you might want to contact them to be sure they will fit your light fixtures. Thanks for the question and for watching. Please subscribe if you haven't already done so.
