One of my favorite parts of Vaders story is about the time he was sitting in his meditation chamber and was using the force to heal himself, using hate to fuel his power and then.....
He took a deep breath on is own without pain and he started to get happy, and he took more breaths and felt the relief and as he did, he lost his connection with the dark side and all the healing went away and the pain and suffering returned.
Such a cool part of the story and showing his torture.

If Vader’s new suit left his head exposed wouldn’t Palpatine’s force lightning still reach be effective on him?
No, his lightning was only powerful against Vader because his old suit attracted it and sent it through his nervous system. Without that issue , his force shield would take the brunt of the lightning. All force users have a shield, some very strong and others not so much, Vader had such power even after losing his limbs, he could hold a shield against Palpatine. This was well written even if they didn't know why. Ananikin could once catch force lightning as yoda did and throw it back, he had trained after fighting against dooku in his youth, which is why dooku didn't use ir against him again later , he knew yoda would train him to stop sith lightning, in fact in his new suit, Vader can shoot lightning himself if he choose to.
If Vader was fully upgraded his suit at his full potential he would have destroyed sidous and would be a force to be reckoned with

A suit isn't going to save you from being crushed in your suit or mental domination.
He would be unstoppable
This is what really irritates me if Vader never got the suit to begin with he would have become the most powerful sith in history.
Anakin did what he was meant to, the Prophecy Never said he would be all powerful, just that he will destroy the Sith and bring balance, it Never said how this would be achieved
What If Obi-Wan stabbed Maul through the chest on Naboo with his and Qui-Gon Jinn's lightsaber instead of cutting him in half
According to Disney, he would have come back in perfect condition the next movie.

One of the things that never made sense to me was how Obi Wan didn’t train Luke and no one trained Leah. If they were the “new hopes”, Obi Wan and Yoda REALLY dragged their feet preparing them. I like how you addressed that in one of your other, “What Ifs.”
And of course, the absurd, “he just needs to be a boy” nonsense from the series Obi Wan is equally perplexing.

I agree, but for Obi Wan he was very afraid of making the same mistake as he did with Anakin. There was a lot of guilt there. Leia though... should have been trained.
Or could it be the fact that if they connected to the force on that level Vader and the emperor would have found them much sooner.... Really surprising this escapes people
Im sorry but in legends, after many years, Palpatine literally GIVES vader the opportunity to accept a vastly more powerful, superior suit that would have amplified his powers many fold. Vader turns it down not because he feels he deserves to suffer, but because he had to be unconscious during the procedure and he flat out didn't trust palapatine not to kill him in his weakened state. the strange thing is, palapatine had no intentions of killing him, as vader had finally proven himself a worthy subserviant and this was his reward.
This is true, and both sad and funny.
Vader never felt secure in his position, but the truth is that there was no one that Palpatine could replace him with even IF Palps wanted to kill him. Vader would have been fine. Palpatine only seriously considered replacing Vader when Luke came around.
So yeah, Vader’s self-doubt kept him down in more ways than one.
what if vader creates a clone of himself then essence transfers to the clone body?

@@the_only_lonely yeah older vader inside younger vaders body would be a potent weapon for palpatine, i'm surprised he never taught vader this power and permitted him to create a clone body.
Don't know about removing the helmet. Vader loses a bit of menace when you can see the defeated man within. With the helmet, his presence is cold and unflinching, an emotionless juggernaut that you can never predict due to the robotic disconnect from humanity provided by the mask.
He may have been "less scary", but his increase in power makes up for it
it’s also a huge weak point. heads the #1 thing u wanna protect and it’s the only thing his armor doesn’t

The thing you got wrong is Vader mastered all seven forms too. To perfection. Buuutt Vader did something no one else in starwars history could do according to Lucas, which was combine all into one form, a form where he could switch between all the forms without leaving any openings, all the weaknesses of each form were non existent within Vader, only the strengths of each form were there. Not sidious, yoda or even GM Luke could accomplish this. George Lucas did say Vader was they best duelist in starwars history

3rd Sister and won no contest (Kenobi)
Obi Wan draw (Kenobi)

Obi wan won though Obi Wan stopped (Hope)
Luke won (Empire)
Luke lost (Jedi)
So that’s 3 wins, 3 losses and a draw that makes him exactly average.

While most of the story is terrifying to imagine (if you're a jedi), the ending with how Vader brings his children into the dark side is actually kind of cute. I love a cute happy family ending.
Talk about going down the dark rabbit hole. Anakin truly is unredeemable. When he was at his mothers grave thinking about her. I realized she would never ever apporve of him doing what he did. Corrupting his childen and being worse than Palatine
I don’t think there’s any tech that can rival a force user’s Jedi abilities. Vader himself was quoted saying, “Don't be too proud of this technological terror you've constructed. The ability to destroy a planet is insignificant next to the power of the Force.”
Still it’s a cool story.
His suit that we know was a terrible suit that only restricted him, if you take those restrictions away then he becomes a lot more powerful

What if Yoda after revenge of the sith tried to gain a army and fight the sith
What I find funny about Darth Vader is that if they wanted to completely heal him from his wound they could achieved it. First off they could clone him and use the clones to graft new arms and organs over Vader. Arm transplant (grafting) has been done with some amazing results. I think they have done lung transplant and they could graft skin over his body. They also recently did and eye trasplant and in the SW universe it seems that they have figure out how to connect the nerves together because they do it with the mechanical limbs. The most questionable one would be to do a testicular transplant, and it actually has been done in real life. Plus Vader would have bacta and advance surgical droids.
Why did they not just do a freaking lung transplant? Seriously. In the entire Galaxy they could not find a set of lungs?

Yes upgraded suit but still have his Icon helmet designed but now remade with pure Beskar & have the Mandolorian Beskar armor Super Commando designed and new Black glossy paintjob and still wield his Crimson Light Saber but with redesigned hilt with pure Beskar plating! 💯

Not a fan of the suit being beskar, and the weapons system. He wouldn't want to win this way, Vader would delight in his mastery of the Force. Not letting beskar tank the strikes. I love the amount of passion you put into this what if. Thank you for it
Anakin/Vader was adept in forms 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6. He predominantly used form 5, yet he was adept in multiple forms.

Interesting "what If". However, I don't believe Vader would have allowed the integration of blasters or flamethrowers into an upgraded suit. I could see him wanting a suit that resisted force lightning though. I also don't think that the new suit would be significantly lighter if it were completely made out of beskar.
First of all, good job with the second part. Love both but the second one is better in my opinion.

What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme, Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

17:15: Yoda doesn't have a light saber. Also, earlier when he challenged Sidious, you said Vader only knew one form. That's not true. Once he became the form of Darth Vader, he began to self-teach himself all the light saber forms. So, he'd know them all, maybe not be proficient in them all at this point in time, but he'd know them all.
Otherwise, it was a pretty good story.
Luke has Yodas lightsaber in Mando so he must have taken it from Yodas hut... but I do realise in the vader comics the saber was destroyed, just makes the duel more interesting if he has the saber.

What if anakin was piloting before attack of the clones and sensed ventress fall to the darkside as her master died and took his ship to the planet to investigate. Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories.
Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself.
What if anakin was a jedi watchmen or wayfinder.
What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia.
What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance.
"What if" Sabine Wren discovered that she was Force-Sensitive at the same time Ezra did in the SW: Rebels series.
What does this video mean? Vader's suit was upgraded to the nth degree, unless you're assuming he really was that slow and sloppy as we saw in Episodes 4-6. If by that logic, Vader was completely dependent on his foes letting him win. Or plot armor.

Pretty entertaining but Vader would NEVER equip his suit with weapons. He was steadfast in using only the Force and his lightsaber. To use fake lightning or flamethrowers like a Mandalorian would have been seen as a weakness within himself and Vader would never tolerate weakness.
