Very good safety tips after 13:10 - I was on a shoot where another operator went soft mount on a rickshaw. The move required a curve to happen but due to the high center of gravity the whole thing toppled over. Luckily not him nor any equipment was hurt/damaged. I guess it happened because they (grip and OP) already went through multiple rickshaw setups on that show and didn't properly rehearse and adjust the radius of that curve. And that OP was very experienced (mission impossible etc.) so: sloppiness can happen very easily!
