Thanks for posting. I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer 12 years ago & was told the type cells were aggressive. I had the option for radiation therapy but elected to have my prostate removed. My Dad had it along with 3 of his brothers. My uncles who didn't seek any treatment died prematurely of prostate cancer which shook me to the core. I am still cancer free by God's Grace & still going strong in my 70's. Many men will ignore what they can't see until it's too late. May God be with you Brother.
Thanks for sharing! I'm glad that you opted to take care of but sad to hear that your uncles did not and died prematurely. 😞 Praise the Lord that you are still cancer free and I pray when it's all said and done, I want to be like you when I grow up 😄 be in my 70's and be cancer free! Thanks again for sharing brother!

Hi Sonny! I'm doing good, considering the 5 days of intense radiation! I am dealing with some of the "typical" side effects from the radiation treatments, but nothing that God, my Heavenly Father hasn't given me the strength to handle. 🙏🏽 I appreciate you sharing your story and struggles and my condolences for the passing of your family members. 😞 When we experience the trails and tribulations of life, I know God is with me, just as He is with you! He said he'll never leave us or forsake us! I have learned to be content in every situation so that the enemy of our souls (devil and his demonic forces) don't rob me of my joy! 😃 Thank-you for being with me in spirit! My prayer for you is that you will continue to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might! His plans for us are definitely good, according to His will - and when we obediently submit to His way, life becomes so much easier, even when you are going through the storms of life! We can do all things through Christ Jesus who gives us strength! ❤️
@allout4godministry952 I have an appointment with the Dr today and I imagine I will have to decide which direction to go..hopefully you continue to improve on your journey to complete health and recovery ..God bless
I'm wondering if your side effects were so strong because you had 5 strong doses of radiation in the span of one week. When my fiance' was deciding which to go with, they told him if he got the radiation it would be 5 days a week for about a month. In fact, they told him he could get it done before work and it shouldn't make him tired. I'm guessing it would have been a lot less of a dose of radiation doing it that way. I was telling him about all you went through after your radiation.
Yes I believe they were because of the high dose I received in a short period of time, and I believe my age contributed as well. I was initially against it because of my age but then allowed the doctor to talk me into it.
