Besar kemungkinan shaft sudah kasar atau sudah tak bulat, ini menyebabkan seal cepat rosak. Shaft kena tukar.

That's a very good question. I did not recalled that it has a filter, there's a strainer. Sold it 4 years back, can't remember exactly now.
