Pandey ji is a brilliant young man. His power of articulation is so phenomenal! The young Indic intellectuals, thinkers, researchers are making me excited about the future. The Western dominance in knowledge production in the last 200+ yrs will be challenged in a big way by these young Bharatiyas.

What about astronomical evidences that emerge from puranic sources!? The apologetic investigators are so timid in declaring the obvious and seeking the obscure! The mother India theory will prevail that no other civilization had developed so much of scriptures, art forms , grammar , mathematics, cultivation, medical matters and astronomical knowledge that only a continuous intelligent civilization who can do all these things in such an elaborate manner. Excellent discussion!

No, the British occupation did. Remember, even up till the Mughal rule, India had the highest share of the global GDP. Our traditions and culture helped our country and people amass the greatest wealth in the world, which is why we were colonised in the first place.

@@tsMuthuraman-hm6wgIt is easily explained. Have you ever been to some of the southern states in US of A? Eg St. Louis? Worlds’s largest and no one economy which is 24 trillion dollars, people in these states live on streets in conditions that’s worse than chawla of Mumbai…
It’s possible for a highly advanced and prosperous state ends on bullock carts.

When were all these Vedas compiled into one...? When were the puranas added and linked to Vedas..? Why Puranas were added to Vedas..? Whats the timeline for compilation of these texts ..? In what language or scripts were these texts first written and published and by whom...? Please anyone could make a video about it.

    • @rajeno76
      @rajeno76 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Let me answer this.
All Vedas were complied into present form at time of Mahabharata (around 1500 BC).
Puranas always were an auxiliary to Vedas which was why Vyasa appointed Lomaharshana to transmit Itihasa-Puranas while four other disciples were given four Vedas. Without Puranas (which are historical traditions), one cannot understand the various persons and events mentioned in Vedas. Or in other words, history of Vedic period can be understood from Puranas alone.
Present day Puranas are editions prepared between 500 AD to 1000 AD - though tradition hints that original version of these 18 Puranas were prepared by Vyasa around 1500 BC.
Puranas were originally composed in Sanskrit. They were always Sanskrit texts. But yes, the editions of Puranas available today are in Sanskrit language prevalent in 500-1000 AD period.

Is it Samskrutam or Sanskrit which is the name of the language? Surely the name of the language would be available in the expense of the prolific written litrature in the language. The word 'Sanskrit' was first coyed by Max Muller in his anxiety to pronounce Samskrutam and strategise as to how to loot and cart away from its abode.

Why can't they both be true? It's not even intelectually honest to make us have to "choose" between "aryan invasian" and "out of india."
That's like telling us to chose between some kind of "out of egypt" theory and a "Babylonian invasian" theory.
It's true that egypt had a massive religious and filisophical influence on the rest of the world just like India, and its also true that Egypt was invaded by Babylon.
From what I can tell the Saraswati región is one of the primal origins of civilization, and some group of people migrated out of there towards the west due to the Saraswati dying up probably at the same time or shortly after the Indus dried up .
Whether they were Aryans or not I don’t know.
Ancient Northern european religion and languages bear close resemblance to Hinduism and Sanskrit.
It's hard to imagine hinduism and Sanskrit coming FROM modern day Germány or sweeden TO India!
