As a married man, I wish to tell you that this is one of the truest and wisest comments I have seen on youtube in a long while. A faithful husband is not faithful to his wife. He is faithful to God and to his vows. Faithfulness or the lack thereof has nothing to do with one’s wife or husband.

Yep you can't even trust the people that work for daycares.
When my kids was at that age and me being a single mom of two babies, needed a sitter on the weekends as my retail jobs required it, and so I would pay these so called ladies from the weekday day care and came to find out one of them was mistreating my daughter. I struggled with this and lost many many jobs because I wouldn't trust just any body around my babies.
Can we just treat people the way we want to be treated?

My friend had her son in daycare in Boston and he was asleep in his crib when an older child got in his crib and bite his face up..Come to find out the daycare owner and the aids were all outside smoking when they heard Jameson screaming.. Believe me that daycare was closed down the same day when the cops and the paramedics left..The parents did sue the daycare insurance and won a very large amount, but what that child went through was horrible due to neglect of those adults who were supposed to be watching him...

That's why COMAR states at least 1 person w/ kids at all times. Like a swimming pool there's a person to guard ration. Ex. : 1 adult to 7-10 kids (depending on age)

@angienh122 I'm still a licensed in home care provider, I'm just not operating & COMAR IS States regulations. It's mandatory in MD for ALL employees including aides 2 have a background check. Some folks do pass background checks & still are a danger to children. Psych Evals are NOT required, maybe they should be. 🤷🏾♀️

I have worked as an EDUCATOR for over 30 years I just don't understand how people continue to get away with this type of thing. And what kind of person are you to hurt a child? There's nothing in this world that I could see. That would make me want to harm a child. That's just my stance on it and there are a lot of great centers with great people working in them. And this puts a black Eye on us. I say us because I've been doing this many years. And I've never done anything to harm a child. Because I know I have grandchildren and if I so much as see a scratch. I was having a hard time when my daughter was born and wanted to go back to work. I was TERRIFIED that something like this would happen. So I toughened up and waited until she could form full sentences. If she couldn’t tell me about her day, she wasn’t going. When she was 2 1/2 I went back to work and school. This is horrific

I have a friend who owns a daycare its disgusting her employees are unfit she's unfit bc the center stinks theres no one with an education high enough to teach poor black kids the the things they need ! Its basically a babysitting service her staff pretends to have completed training from what ive seen its a bunch of poor bw babysitting sitting around gossiping all day about the parents the kids and whatever is going on in the hood ! The owner parades around like she's Michelle Obama and her daycare is literally a CESSPOOL the smell when you walk in is enough to make you puke ! i feel horrible for the kids and the parents who have no other choice than putting their kid in a center where the owner sole priority is to make money off poor ppl neglecting minority children so disrespectfully ! Criminals comes in all disguises daycares don't require much open she's opened 4 daycare centers every one of them has been shut down for various reasons not paying employees unhappy parents mismanagement the list goes on and on then she opens up another one with a different name ! I believe she's lazy and greedy ! Daycares are an easy way to come up it doesn't require much to open bc the state is sooo stupid they never check on these businesses so they keep stealing the states and your money !

Some of these daycare owners are awful. I worked for one as an operations manager and she had backwards rules and regulations. She never followed code and sometimes would lie to the parents about injuries. I HAD to leave it was too much and yes I told those parents the truth and would always get in trouble for not following her backward protocol!!!!

My childhood was . Adults with child minds and the kids watching each other mimicking the adults. Now I have a husband with 2 daughters. I refuse to have my children in daycare. I homeschool period. The more the generation pass on they over sexualize everything especially women. I can’t risk something like that happening to my babies I will really hurt somebody and that will not be good for my babies or me.

I was a teacher. I stayed home until I could get a work from home job. My son is now 4 months old and will continue to stay with me. I’m also working to start an in home daycare. I can’t stomach turning my child over to the hands of another while I look after other people’s children.
