The Apedale Valley Light Railway held their Tracks to the Trenches event from the 12th to the 14th September 2014. This video is from the opening day of the WW1 event. Many Thanks to everyone involved with this event.

Hah... Grandad Abbott was in a first generation tank, 'Tank 5' in Germany just after WW1. We have a nice pic of him and his mates lounging about infront of it.

This was on again today, I went along as I did last year, very enjoyable and I can't wait for 2018 with it returning once again
