    to whom did R' Soloveitchik give shiurim in Yiddish?

      R' Soloveitchik gave shiur in Yiddish at YU until 1960ish. After that he switched to English for his shiurim because he saw the changing landscape of yeshivah students at that time. He still however would give "non Shiur" shiurim in Yiddish until he passed away.

      This was a tshuva shuir given at the YMHA in 1974. Those shiurim were always in Yiddish.

      The Tshuvah shiurim were in Yiddish. I belive this is 1974, at the YMHA on 92nd st.
