That guy isn't the first time he's following him. He touched his camera because Mark was in his personal space. He's the one who got too close. It wasn't Veich who personally walked up to him to touch his camera, he did it because he was already having his personal space violated. It's pretty clear in this video. Veich used to get mad at those grabbing his camera just because they were the ones walking up to him and getting too close in order to be able to grab his camera. I like Charlie's video's but I do feel he is walking the fine line between preemplitve self defence, and provacation. If he keeps this up he will find himself in trouble. I also found this particular video rather childish from both parties. As part of any self defence case I am led to believe from self defence training I had with a police officer, they will look at all elements of self defence, that includes what could the person who acted in self defence done to not enter into conflict. That includes running away. If you're going to hit first and it is premediated, you need to be damn sure there was not another less violent option.

Charlie Im a big fan however in this video you came off incredibly weak - you touched the man first , not only that when he fought back you had your minion jumping in a 2 on 1 scenario against a man half your size. You could of walked away at any point however you chose to escalate the situation (touching his phone and kicking him first when he posed no real threat) . I don't know who the guy is however the footage you've uploaded does not help your case. The only time you should get back up in a fight is when its 2 on 1 against you or he pulls a weapon out against you which didn't happen .

Is nobody else concerned that Charlie as a general citizen is part of a WhatsApp group with GMP, CCTV operators, and security and has access to images of 'stabbings and robberies'. Seems like there's tip-offs about vulnerable people's arrests for video content. Didn't the Met just get done for these kinds of WhatsApp groups? Seems a bit strange that TH-camrs with 'police friends' get access to this information. How does this fly with GDPR?
@leah keyworth I've noticed though that when certain officers are on shift, Charlie then seems to be at locations. Like GMP posting Tyson Fury photos and then Charlie just happens to also get it the same day? These WhatsApp groups are immensely concerning if general citizens like Charlie have access to them. Like, imagine getting stabbed and you have no idea that random TH-camrs are accessing that on some web-group? Well weird isn't it. Bit silly of him to say it on video.
