Try a good coat of wax and some silicone spray on the bottom it will glide across water , scratching the bottom causes Drag

Bashing a boat on land, do it for the vid 👍 slap a decent brushless motor in this sucker and it would easily go on any surface
Pfft, this thing's so underpowered factory that you'd get more punch if you fitted, say, an OS FS26 Surpass and a nice 4-blade pusher prop. Or an OS 36AX, that'd really make it rip. Would also do well with simply a better prop; the one it has fitted is mostly only good at turning electricity into noise rather than useful thrust. If it was 20dB quieter it'd probably be 20MPH faster as well. All that noise is inefficiency.

Seems kind of slow but in the day and age of box stock 50+ mph rc boats 25 just doesn’t really cut it anymore lol. I bet a lighter battery would probably help the speed

That thing would be quieter if it was nitro! Holy fuck! Probably perform better too. AquaCraft sold such a craft for the longest time, used a Super Tiger 27 aircraft engine and it ran like a swiss watch.

My stock PX 16 with twins 390....goes faster than that on 3s lipo...

I slapped twins 3650 3900 KV 60A on 3s...it's a twin Rooosta, roosta , now. :-P
prop and nitro noise gets annoying for other people.
