Ironically that was the only game I ever pre ordered 😂 I never did before but with a C&C I thought "It's going to be a quite good for sure." ... yeah... no. 60 Euroinos for one of the worst games I ever played.

@hi there RTS genre is pretty much dead it's infuriating really... yeah sure AOE2 is gaining popularity again but almost nobody is bold enough to actually pull of a good, original RTS nowadays at least not the AAA publishers

This level of gameplay is so far above me its crazy. How much effort people put into play and management, me I don't usually have a tactic, although my gameplay style is definitely steamroller. I turtle while building up units then steamroll.
what not get the beam cannon upgrade right away ? if you say its double dps
Oh, this game was developed in 2007, but it still looks great - now i talk about the technologies, which EA made for this game, because it really realistic, maybe shadows are pixelized, but they got the laws, which are active in real life, and the game following it - that why the game looks so realistic

The last good C&C game..... I hope we can get a good C&C in the upcoming future.
Ra3 was good too. Kw not so much. They killed most.of the game with the patch that broke pacing. It split the community. Most players went back to vanilla cnc3 because kw was horrendously imbalanced.

a question from a noob... may i know why MOK dont use spectre in close combat.i mean the base is very close... 2 or 3 spectre near a war factory shud be good to clear most of the enemy building...

Are you using a HD patch? because I have kanes wrath from the origin store and it's got potato graphics. any help would be much appreciated.
I can confirm that my version looks similar to the one in the video and it's completely default, non modded. Checked out the graphic options?

@@MrErgenta that's what I got . The with every c&c game, something must be wrong with the settings. Can you run tibirum sin and fire storm? Mine crashes at main game menu
It runs until the start menu and then non of the options works except the credits. But it doesn't crash though.

Although they are weak, I like Steel Talons a lot, because they don't have that many things to build (I like building everything), so it helps my game style, because I can't spend time on building useless buildings.
Am I the only one thinking that the units are really hard to spot on the map?

Is there a reason that the players don't focus on base building? When I play I tend to hold up in my base, with a turtle play style, is that too slow to work at a higher level?
DogeGaming if you don't build combat units, you'll give the opponent freedom to expand and take more tiberium fields, eventually allowing him to steamroll you with more economy and units
Joseph Ong ahh, I see! From what I've seen there's a huge amount of Micromanagment required for tactics like that, any tips on becoming better at micro'ing?
DogeGaming I don't play the game myself :( you can try asking those active players in gamereplays to help u! But it's mostly about macro management
I'm not a pro but basically all RTS game needs a balance on offence and defence. And many of them encourages and rewards aggressive playing style. Just look at any other RTS games pro scene and you will notice a pattern. Offence is the best defence holds true here, and that is why many mid-level players like to rush.
The word you are looking for is macro. If I'm not mistaken, micro is how well you are controlling a single type of units. Those aren't as important as macro, as you see those 2 pros controlling stuffs all over the map. The only way to improve your micro and macro is to practise. Just like how people learn to play the piano and other instruments - some people will find it easy while others find it hard to master. Once controlling become muscle memory, your brain can focus on tactics and the grand picture - the macro part of the game.

stupid move from phoenix at the end, he should stay in base instead wasting avatars
he should have nabbed the marv when it over extended during that last little bit, but he kept his avatars near the warfactory. :x with the mix of his beam cannons and 3 avatars, let alone 4, he should have been able to melt it down quick even with the self repairs :x

I know this is an old post, but there is still a small E-Sport scene for this game even in 2019. Granted the tournament prizes aren't in the thousands like they used to be, now they are about $100 - $500 prizes for tournaments.

yeah he said it at the beginning but dont listen to that its bullshit....the Mok specialises in unique infantry and finessed combat, quick hit n run n guerilla combat with cheaper stealth technology and superior air power and defenses

Yeah I did play with Kan's Wrath a bit back then. I honestly never liked them but I tought they can be usefull.
They lack flame tanks or black hand troops so they're not able to flame rush like the other Nod factions.
Unlike the laser upgrade, their supercharged particle beam does not cover scorpion tanks or buggies so their scorpion tank spam is much weaker in the late game.
Unlike the black hand, this equivalent upgrade does not effect their awakened either which makes their infantry really fall off in the late game by comparison.
Essentially; worse early game, worse late game, worse infantry than what the black hand have available (not entirely relevant but GDI sniper squads are even more effective against MoK infantry than any other).
Their awakened are nice to have early on but in the late game you're better off with vanilla Nod, they can pretty much do all the same things arguably better.
