I enjoyed seeing your experience with the macapuno coconuts 🥥 as it was educational and positive.
But I saw that you used the same spoon 🥄 throughout after you tasted the macapuno coconut the very first time. I don't like it when chefs double dip as it's bad manners, unprofessional and unhygienic.
You can have a few spoons on hand to taste from if you don't want to bother to wash the same spoon over and over again.
BTW, I'm a chef as well.
