IL BIOTRITURATORE GRIZZLY, completamente certificato CE,
è stato realizzato per tutti coloro che hanno bisogno di fare manutenzione del verde, ed hanno la necessità di triturare in modo veloce i rifiuti del terreno, per svolgere lavori di macinazione di rami e tronchi fino a 12 cm di diametro (SU LEGNO VERDE, NON SECCO).

MASSA TAGLIENTE
La massa tagliente è composta da un disco in acciaio, formato da 2 lame e 10 martelletti trituratori.
Le 2 lame di taglio da 22 cm, effettuano una prima lavorazione,
frammentando la prima parte del materiale presente nella tramoggia. Producono un effetto "forbice" al primo taglio del ramo immesso nella tramoggia provvedendo ad un taglio estremamente efficiente. I 10 martelli trituratori in acciaio temperato
ruotano grazie all'alta potenza fornita dal motore, effettuando un'operazione di centrifuga, e riducendo il materiale in frammenti di piccole dimensioni.
LEVA D’INVERSIONE
Il sistema idraulico posizionato sotto all’imbuto è dotato di 3 posizioni di lavoro, avanti - folle - retro e consente alla macchina di invertire il senso di rotazione del rotore dentato che favorisce
l’inserimento o l’espulsione del legname inserito, aiutando l’operatore in caso di blocco o in caso di sospensione
del lavoro senza dover spegnere la macchina.
RULLO DI TRASCINAMENTO AUTOMATICO
Il biocippatore professionale è dotato di rullo per il trascinamento automatico, gestito da una pompa oleodinamica, che favorisce l’inserimento e l’espulsione, in caso di necessità o blocco, della
ramaglia, grazie anche al sistema anti inceppamento. Nel caso che durante la triturazione del materiale in lavoro il rotore dentato vada sotto sforzo o si blocchi si deve agire sulla leva posta sulla tramoggia di carico (barra tonda rossa). Tale leva infatti agisce sulle valvole idrauliche che comandano il motore e inverte il senso di rotazione del rotore stesso sbloccandolo.
LEVA DI REGOLAZIONE VELOCITA’ RULLO DI TRASCINAMENTO
La leva Idraulica posizionata sul lato dell'imbuto regola la velocità di rotazione del rotore di trascinamento favorendo il lavoro della macchina e la tranciatura in base al diametro del legname inserito.

CUTTING MASS
The cutting mass is composed of a steel disk, formed by 2 blades and 10 shredders.
The 2 cutting blades of 22 cm, perform a first processing,
fragmenting the first part of the material present in the hopper. They produce a "scissor" effect at the first cut of the branch introduced into the hopper providing an extremely efficient cut. The 10 crushed hammers in hardened steel
they rotate thanks to the high power supplied by the motor, performing a centrifugal operation, and reducing the material into small fragments.
REVERSE LEVER
The hydraulic system positioned under the funnel has 3 working positions, forward - idle - rear and allows the machine to reverse the rotation direction of the toothed rotor which favors
insertion or expulsion of inserted wood, helping the operator in the event of blockage or suspension
of work without having to switch off the machine.
AUTOMATIC DRIVING ROLLER
The professional biofactor is equipped with a roller for automatic dragging, managed by an oleodynamic pump, which favors the insertion and expulsion of the
ramaglia, thanks also to the anti jamming system. If the toothed rotor is under stress or becomes blocked during the shredding of the material being worked, use the lever on the loading hopper (red round bar). In fact, this lever acts on the hydraulic valves that control the motor and reverses the direction of rotation of the rotor itself, releasing it.
DRIVING ROLLER SPEED ADJUSTMENT LEVER
The Hydraulic lever positioned on the side of the funnel regulates the rotation speed of the drive rotor favoring the work of the machine and the shearing based on the diameter of the inserted timber.
