I think the more mellow makeup looks are becoming more popular now as we age and with being in the pandemic. Now it's more about longevity and more so quality of the makeup I wear when I do wear it

I'm so glad you mentioned the spider lashes!! I think so many women have gotten used to wearing them and they don't like how their natural lashes look anymore 🤷🏾♀️The natural looking ones are really pretty, but lately they are REALLY overdone. Beautiful makeup look as always 💜💜💜

I bought that same lip liner per your recommendation years ago and I still love it! Milani has a dupe in their Matte Lip Crayon. I have the shade "can't even" and it's very much a great dupe in shade and product consistency!

Kendra!!!! I'm so happy to see your face lol. I loved the makeup!!!! I'm a bit of a minimalist when coming to makeup so I'll be checking out some of the products. I completely agree about having a good skincare routine, the makeup applies better and lasts longer and about the lashes. There's a time and a place but a lot of times the girls just be overdoing it.

I’m an oily girl too, but honestly since i’ve been using osun oil by luxe 44 my skin is has become less oily over the months. It does claim to have oils that counteracts your natural oil from overproducing and that’s exactly what it has done for me

Your makeup look in this lighting is everything Kendra. I'm like you I appreciate the bolder looks at times but I like a lighter feel to the face majority of the time. As far as my eye look goes, I'm an eyeshadow lover so my eyes may be bold at times if nothing else. I'm a mascara gurl myself but I do have lashes on deck just in case 🤪

I just got the honey color powder from Laura mercier and I love it. I didn’t like the original because it left me too brightened and the dark one was too dark. Try the honey one so that way you don’t have to mix the two. See how you like it.

Very pretty look. My favorite is mascara. When I use mascara on my bottom lashes ,it runs under my eyes. I use the benefit brow, it's very precise.. I have to get my hands on Fenty contour. I haven't done a full makeup look in a couple years with wearing mask it's a waste. I do a good facial routine , brows and mascara. I don't wear lashes neither.
