Nokia G300 not receiving texts. First fix to turn airplane mode off and back on worked! Thanks, folks, I had tried a couple hundred other things to no avail. Saved me further frustrations, much appreciated!

Up until three days ago I received texts on my new phone just fine. After restarting, clearing messages cache and data, removing and replacing the sim, I've found that nothing works. If I put the sim in my old phone, messsages show up again.

@@bibukodoku I called my carrier. Apparently this is common behavior when switching SIM Cards to a new phone. The carrier should be able to sort it out.
Mines doing the same thing and I’ve tryed literally everything
