I just finished this guy. It took me 12 hours in total build time panel lined and stickers. It's the most detailed rg in my. opinion.

Beautiful build. Suggestion - how about a small vid showing how to properly mount a RG build on an action base. Cause that build doesn’t look like it can stand up on its own. And I don’t know how to mount an Rg build on an action base 🤦♂️

I had an incident on my rg unicorn, where his leg was broken, since then I've been traumatized to buy an rg because I'm afraid it will break again

hey bro do you think i should get this kit? saw other peoples review but they said no since the innerframe loosens
If you want to take various poses with this kit, I don't recommend it that much. But if you coat the joints with glue, it'll be satisfying. :)
(I'm not telling you to glue it, but you have to put glue on the connection and assemble it after it dries!)
Rg strike freedom is very hard to pose some of the parts are loose and joint are very tight can break easily you need to soak to the baby oil become smooth bend if you want to get a small scale strike get the hg strike freedom revive dont rg version if you want something bigger get the master grade strike freedom

Yep. Same experience here with the Freedom. I promised myself to never buy an RG ever again.

@@m_0714 just don’t get any old RG kits, the newer ones ditch the flimsy pre built inner frame. Newer RG’s are absolutely incredible and rock solid. I personally have the Hi-Nu, Crossbone Gundam with Unicorn Perfectibility on the way. Any RG after the Unicorn is practically guaranteed to be an amazing kit, since after the unicorn Bandai ditched the premolded inner frames.(Unicorn is an exception because it needed a super strong inner frame to not break during the transformation, which in turn really makes it the only reliable one.)
That’s a lot of words but I don’t think I would go through all this effort if I didn’t truly believe you need to give RG kits a second chance.
@@m_0714 The RG line has become more refined by the years and It's to the point it is maybe the best line of gunpla right now,. Every RG after the Unicorn included are as solid as a rock and little posing machines. My recommendations would be to go for the Sazabi or Hi-Nu. The Impulse and Wing TV ver. are also very good kits

You can apply it. But don't use it for ABS parts :)

The RG kit takes about 7 hours. :)
I know this is old, but awesome video! Is it easier to just cut out the pieces you need for each section rather than clip them as you get to each step ?
We are working on cutting the necessary parts for each section.

man those gold color is like RG Amatsu Mina which is doesnt look good. probably need to repainting on that part

5:42 This very part here is the worst aspect of this RG, shared by Destiny, Freedom and Justice, that very ball joint connecting the biceps and the shoulder is the one guaranteed to come apart the very first if you try to pose the arms. These early SEED kits could really use a 2.0 with a redesigned inner frame.
I feel the same way. It's a problem with old edition RG :(
True that👍 It's to the point that if they ever release a 2.0 and the only thing they change is the shoulder joints I'd still buy it.

It's an old RG kit, so I think we should be careful with it. T.T

I have both rg and hgce and the hgce is way better imho. The wings on the rg looks badly proportioned

cant stand the joints gold colour, it makes it so tacky looking, the rest is awesome ! some gold marker would go a long way
