For some reason my videos don’t come out high quality even though i upped Quality, it actually slowed my system down i have a 2021 Mac but when i record my mouse will lag or In the video my stuff will skip a second if that makes sense. How to fix this?
@ just tried it worked better it seems my macbook air lags a bit with tabs and stuff naturally, i wonder if its because i have it plugged into a monitor as well. Could that slow down the mac? Idk how to mac it smooother

Have you tried doing a recording online and offline? This would help figuring out if it's an internet connection issue or software.
