Yeah we are kind of ruling out Folsom because of all the construction. My mom likes in (Orangevale in the Bluffs)nice and quiet but no grocery stores/restaurants.We are considering Fair Oaks, love the downtown area and Badfish coffee is the best!
The construction is mainly on one side of the 50. Everything else in Folsom is pretty much construction free. All the areas you mentioned are really nice. If you’re looking in Fair Oaks check out the houses near Phoenix park!
Hahahah for sure Folsom is getting crowded and I hope still being conservative and never become in a liberal woke place. We keep getting a bunch of people from the bay area who came to Folsom with a lot of cash. Trump 2024 🇺🇲
@@SacramentoRealEstate Yes, a rattle snake was in my garden. Also my favorite signs are at a Folsom medical center. One says "Handicapped parking." Below that another sign says "Beware of Snakes." I guess they are trying to kill off the elderly.
My clients love the wildlife. This is a positive thing for them.
My wife makes me buy walnuts for squirrels so I get where you’re coming from
This is a GREAT video. Super informative, accurate, and honest! Folsom is great but these are all very important things to consider.
More videos like this coming your way!!
powerhouse and Folsom hotel has amazing nightlife
I see them all over Instagram. Very fun vibe.

Thanks Mark, I hope this scares off the competition 🎉
it might :)
That “turkey” was actually a turkey vulture. There are both turkeys and turkey vultures in Folsom
I think I’ve seen both roaming Folsom :-)
Do the turkey vultures eat livestock?
Good video. Thanks.
Glad you liked it!
The Maverick bar on watt avenue was the best in the 80s!
Awesome @billstep6496! Thanks for sharing.🙌💯
Do they have good public pickleball courts
Folsom, California, has some awesome public pickleball courts. They're known for hooking people up with great recreational options.
lol, I see you want to keep Folsom for yourselves 😅
Get in while you can :-)
is folsom as hot as austin texas?
Never been to Austin
Roadkill! You forgot that.
Thank you for watching!🙌🙌🙌
That's great. I can feed it to my chickens 🤣
You forgot Mountain lions, rats, turkeys and squirrels. All so, a lot of people.
I’ll definitely put that on my list! Let me know if there’s anything else you think I should cover. 💯
There is not mountain Lions, rats, turkey and squirrels, silly :} lol
There are also Bobcats and lots of Indians which for me is a bad thing cause most can't drive properly and other reasons as well.
