Been visiting my ancient channel and searching others. my way, I tear one whole sheet into the arms, neck and head, body and both thighs and legs, now a days I kinda follow the leg muscles, but using the actual skeletal system is nice, I also discovered that wrapping these things with plastic bags can actually emulate muscles, or skin at the very least. Try and search Binesyn, some of my very old and early way of doing foil art. Keep at it bro and lets teach young ones too🙆
You can also make these out of one piece of foil. start by making 3 cuts at the top and 2 at the bottom, then you can sculpt the figure from there.

You should make a video on how to make clay figures.
Right now i'm focused on projects that most people will be able to do at home. Not sure how many people have clay on hand

Use of sandwich foil is easier, it is easier to get the volume of the sculpture :D
