Today we will be flying to Munich from Chicago using Lufthansa and their A340-600
Very happy I got a chance to fly on there amazing aircraft before they finally retire. Overall this is one of the best flights I’ve ever flown. Enjoy :)

The flight looks absolutely awesome. LH does provide really nice services and products on their long haul flights 👌
Absolutely, Lufthansa never disappointed me on any of their flights, especially their long haul.

I flew Lufthansa back in June with some family. We went to Germany and Austria for 10 days. The flight was very nice. We had a great crew who was very accommodating. We flew from Chicago to Munich. This trip was a dream come true for me, because I had always wanted to travel to Europe since I was young

I/m going to be going the opposite direction in June, leaving at about 2 AM (UGH!). Not sure what plane, but same airline as my tour company called me this morning and changed everything about my flights (airline, schedule and stopovers). Going to Egypt and Jordan for my 60th birthday and was supposed to take AA and QR, now it's UA and LH
A340-600 is awesome and will be missed for sure. That aircraft was my first one on a transatlantic flight between San José de Costa Rica and Madrid with Iberia back in 2007. Great video.

I did fly from Chicago to Frankfurt on 747/8 in November 2021 good service sadly I got rubbish seat

Was this basic economy? If so, what baggage did you carry on?
Yes this is regular economy (not lite), basic economy includes 1 check in bag up to 23kg, and carry on up to 8kg (per person)
Carry on a bag, backpack, small case, suitcase, but all has to be up to 8kg
To bad you didn't get the A350-900
Yea but it’s not that bad, the a350 can wait for some other time, glad I got on the a340
YYS Aviation A350 is my favorite plane and the funny thing is is that last year for spring break me and my family flew to Germany same route as you but on the A350. And we got it there and back. Going there we had Lufthansa’s Old Livery and on the way back got there new one. Flight there six hours and like 12-15 minutes. On the way back it was like 9 hours and 30-50 minutes. And I enjoyed every second aboard both of those Lufthansa A350’s I rode on of there’s.
American Airlines is way better than lufthansa
I respect that opinion, in some cases they might be, I will be reviewing 2 flights that will soon come on this channel as reports :) they really did impress me too
