Mr. Jeffery, put you butterscotch chips in the microwave for 10 seconds, just as they start to soften up the least little bit then put your flour on them stir gently and then add them to the cake. I promise you they won't sink to the bottom. You're cake looks so beautiful and delicious.
I'll try that tip next time. I pour half the batter in the pan, then add the chips to the last half of the batter, pour on top. As it bakes some of the chips sink into the bottom so the chips are evenly dispersed.

I’m a Pastor’s wife and a sweet little lady taught me a great trick for helping the Bundt pan release ALMOST 😅 every time.. …. “ preheat oven, grease pan really good ahead of time and go ahead and put the pan in the oven for about 10 min while you finish mixing up the batter, then quickly remove the hot pan and fill with batter fast so pan does not cool off before putting the cake in to bake…. When cake is done sit on a raised rack, or even one of your stove burners to cool for 10 min before trying to flip out of pan. ( this allows air to flow all around the cake to cool.) That should help… it did for me …

First time watching and I am hooked!! Got to try this recipe! Only thing different, I would cool my cake on a cooling rack. Makes the crust crunchy and people love it like that. Been baking pound cakes for years. You can’t over bake them. Dry them out.
