Sounds like there was too much commotion in the house...but where were the kids? How can all this be happening without the older kid coming out. As a mother, the natural instinct would be to protect the kids. So how would she then run to the bathroom and then back again towards the danger, leaving the children. This statement makes no sense. No calling of police, ambulance etc. These ppl are evil and big liars too. I hope the truth will eventually come out!

@@razkaznttzero6404 1976 people confronted armed police with stones but remember the difference here is that he was trying to clarify that back then it were protests and this one was a robbery,I mean if two armed people come to your house and demand money and cellphones would you stand up and push one of them and open the door and walk out of the yard,that doesn't make sense so the judge was clarifying that part and let alone not even go to the neighbors to seek help or call the cops

This judge is very smart in my observation, he is very lenient to the defence and this “zandi” so that they let their guard down. The judge is actually misleading the prosecution here so that zandi keeps tying herself i to knot. Msholo is coming in as aggressive because she knows the type of a person she is, zandi will make mistakes moving forward and tonight the 24th, she will have a difficult time sleeping. Notice that i did not use capitals in zandi’s name, its by purpose because her rudeness does not deserve such

The reason why judge keep on blaming advocate it's because they can't able to ask Zandi relevant questions, she did confirmed that Senzo was shot while they were busy with the second suspect, ok,then he fell on Kelly's arm on his from the kitchen after been shot? She did testify that when the second n third bullet fired was on the bathroom, very clear that those shots were fired infront of Kelly as she was holding Senzo on the couch? Where was Tumelo mandala and Mthoko after the first shot? After Longwe able to find his way out of the room,the robbers could've more dangerous to save their time in house,they could've killed more than one or injured few? Longwe never tried to help those who were left behind? By shouting on the neighborhood for help? He never seen the directions of where the robbers went off? Very strange as they never took anything from the house? Why Longwe didn't call the police? All those who were on the room deserve jailtime

Tell the court that your client was not at the scene.
Tell the court that you can prove that your client was at a different venue on the date and time of the event.
Who pushed who, what and when becomes irrelevant. Unless you are all there thinking you are here for some truth commission. This is not a commission of inquiry.
I love your submission, I think the challenge though is that the court admits that not all five entered the house but that all five are involved in one way or another, either conspired together or worked together. If that is the case, it wouldn't matter if she can prove that the client was not in the house, perhaps if she can prove that no one entered the house, then that automatically means her client wasn't involved anywhere.

Point taken... though I believe the less they worry about the credibility of the witnesses the better.
The same witnesses suggest that there are instances of police misconduct, including intimidation and torture directed towards them. The accused persons have a similar story. To discredit the in-house witnesses works against the defence more than it is helpful. It suggests, amongst other things, that the accused persons' claims of torture or ill-treatment may be equally made up.
The defence should be sympathetic to the plight of the persons who were in-house, just as much as they should with the family of Meyiwa. Where their evidence conveniently converges, they should capitalise.

May be true but why would Longwe spend two hours and later there are people he must drive away with? It also could be that he called those people come at that time. Now if thats the case, they this could be a pre meditated murder. We still cannot find any evidence as to what was his actions after he got out the house. He could have called the police 1, he could have alerted the neighbours 2 and lastly… if he ran out as they say, i believe the thugs could have 1, ran after him, 2 they could have ran away immediately.
Their version of events is protecting Kelly, Longwe, and Zandi. According to them the mother and Mthokozisi are the 2 people who saw what happened to Senzo. Also, what was the motive of this murder? Was it a robbery gone wrong? Or there was motive from any of the people to kill Senzo? What did the police investigate? And how did they come up with the suspects?
That's the question I asked myself
the court must also get the IME number of the stolen phone (Samsung S4) to confirm indeed was stolen and reported and work with provider to track its history. Alot was going to come out 🤞🏽 and proof indeed they were robbed not phone number
Why was Kelly phoning Longwe's father instead of phoning the police and how can robbers take one cellphone out of 7 people in the house because honestly talking no one can put their phone in their pockets or in a bag especially when you've visited people whom you know and trust meaning that the phones were visible

Especially two people! These alleged two suspects, I would imagine, would have been watching the house for some time before budging in. So they would have seen that there were males getting out of those two cars. Robbers don't just randomly show up at a house! They usually scout the area for some time before making their move.
You can tell that this story was created as a cover up of the true events of that night.

The Judge is a neutral person in court, the defence lawyers are the ones who must complain to the judge, and he will based his judgement based on what he is observing.
