I found this watch quite inaccurate when tracking strength training and freestyle modes as well. Compared to other fitness trackers it tracks very less activity data.
Sports watch mean we can not carry phone to out door activity. this watch not support without phone no use. strava not syncing and this watch waterproof but swimming activity not shown in watch useless.
