It's essentially a fan-made remake of Disney's MMORPG that closed ten years ago; the premise is that you play as an animal avatar (referred to as Toons) combating the invasion of evil business robots (referred to as Cogs) trying to colonize your world. You fight them using gags, which damage them because they can't handle jokes. The character here is an extra boss in the game, and he is a narcissistic and antagonistic man whose special ability is to affect the battle's speed, making it faster to up to 6x speed.
