Thanks for playing! We've got a lot more in store, with 2 minor updates coming out this year not to mention the 2.0 update that's also in the works👀 See you around in Toontown!
Im grown ass 23 year old but the nostalgia and love i have for toontown online brought me here. I feel kind of weird and feel that this game would make me look childish and would usually get disapproval from my buddies but I actually want to try this one out. It's as if I became a cog myself now in days especially being in the military thank god im getting out
@jiancosta9042 I believe the reason why people like me preferred Toontown Rewritten is because it's the one that didnt tamper with Toontown Online design. Corporate clash lacks the nostalgia feel and charm of Toontown Online. I only played Toontown Rewritten because I wanted to relive my childhood not play an entirely different game.
I love both rewritten and CC both. Rewritten is vanilla and the grind is real. When i need a break from the grind I switch to CC. I just cycle them out.
This is awesome, I had no idea this existed. Corporate America has changed so much since toontown’s inception. This update is huge. As a lifelong Toontown fan, this is almost as exciting as when toontown rewritten was announced.
I just started toontown rewritten after like 15 years since I played the first time...and I am loving it...and now there is this?? Well I will just have to play both ;)
@@VagrantVideos yeah I think that must be what it is, they still give a decent amount of activity xp when you get them so they definitely still help towards laff boosts
2:20 ackshually this was always the case, it just wasn't visible. if anything, toon-up was sorta nerfed because the increased accuracy used to apply to _all_ cogs rather than just the ones targeted by the people who were healed.
Superior to rewritten in almost every way imo. What lacks in tedious, slow, repetitive content, regains in challenging and actual skill based gameplay. Edit: on top of the fact that post-game serves way more purpose. On rewritten once you max there’s really nothing to do other than sit in Donald’s dreamland. But in clash you can revisit bosses for drops, gumballs, Unites, etc
I completely agree! Instead of grinding the same, skilless content for days on end, you grind difficult content with a good amount of built-in variance which only takes days if you keep dying. It gives you a similarly drawn out experience, but one of learning and growth rather than getting it by the first time you do each fight and just being forced to repeat it. Plus, for people who like to grind monotonous challenges, optional loot can fill that desire without bogging down people who want to focus only on main progress and challenges
@@deffdefying4803 Because there are things that the Clash team severely overlooks such as being more appealing to non-americans. They’ll even pull support on Windows 10 after its EOL (as in blocking the launcher from opening) despite the controversies surrounding Windows 11.

I always thought especially in the heat of battle on the streets of toontown being able to buy gags at one of those buildings preferably in the middle of the Street where the head quarters is or heading towards the headquarters you'd see one thatd be nice
I just downloaded rewritten again and ran across this video. I didn't even know TTCC existed until a couple of hours ago. That's how long it has been since I have played TTR. Excited to try it!
Fun fact, I multi toon 4/8 toons on clash. I LOVE IT. You should try it one day if you ever feel like it. :) I also wanna quickly verify, catching trophies and new species doesn't give you laff boosts, they just give more experience. The trophy experience goes on your main level btw, the laff only comes from the levels themselves.
@@VagrantVideos I mostly only do it on clash though cause getting groups sometimes takes forever, plus I don't wanna rely on randoms half the time. I started with rewritten. Got all the way to field office stuff and stopped playing because it sadly became an insane grind fest. I switched to clash during the highroller event and I have played very regularly ever since!
Love corporate clash and what it's accomplished, but I haven't gone back since my dreadful experience of failed pacesetter runs, the way people acted was just draining
Pace is very tricky but there are quite a few chill ppl out there that wouldn’t care when u loose and would be willing to help. Just gotta try and find a better group of people. Don’t give up! The victory will feel so good! I highly suggest that u do 2x lureless squirtless and 2x trapless zapless. This way everyone knows what rush jobs they have priority too and less people will be able to fight for these jobs. Good luck!
@rezz836 Oh nah, I've beaten pacesetter before, which was a really fun time. The issue was trying to re-experience that. I'd end up with people who trashed on others for their gag builds, or someone who got frustrated at me for not uniting when I was on cooldown and practically no one else was uniting. It's not like them saying these things is the end of the world or anything, but that kind of player environment isn't fun to be around, and I'm not gonna force myself to deal with something that I don't enjoy. Appreciate the consideration and advice though, you're a real one
@@Jetterz1999yeah in my experience, the clash community is a bit of a mixed bag (this is coming from someone with 134 laff on clash btw). some higher toons are pretty chill while others are just insufferable to be with. if i'm being completely honest, i feel like the ttr community is a bit more chill compared to the clash community.
WOW, its funny because with a lot of fan run private server mmos that add content and change the game I usually feel pretty meh about it. Like its fun but it doesn't feel genuine and really like the original game. A couple examples that come to mind of warhammer return to reckoning and turtle wow. But dang this not only meets my nostalgia filter but adds so many cool things that are amazing to a game I played as a kid and would have loved.
i'm sure i'd love ttcc if it had more players. i find it difficult in the early gameplay because theres hardly anyone around and i really focus on the teamwork aspect of toontown :(
there is an in-game group tracker, and for things that dont need a group you can make a second, third, or even fourth account so you can play multiple toons at once.
So. I have a question for you good people of this games community. How big/popular/important are the characters Flint Bonpyre, and the Pacesetter? And is Buck Ruffler a lot more popular than them?
The Firestarter is popular because he’s gay and shy, the Pacesetter is popular because he’s gay (with the Firestarter) and Jerma, and the Duck Shuffler is popular because he’s a gambling maniac gremlin. I wouldn’t say the Duck Shuffler is more popular than the other two, though his Makeship campaign skewed that for a while
Oh man, I didnt know about corporate clash when I found out rewritten existed, and now I'm too invested in TTR, I dont wanna start a new toon in CC, but it looks so much better than rewritten :((
I would highly recommend starting a new character! Corporate Clash's early game is extremely fun, with a ton of variety through picking any combination of gags, as well as a bunch of optional challenges in TTC like managers and buildings up to 3 stories. The game is really fast-paced towards getting the player to fun gameplay!
As a turn-based RPG, it's effortless to play through the game as multiple characters at once. You need to make separate accounts to do so, but since the game's completely free, that isn't really a problem lol. Plus, even 1 character solo content can be very approachable and extremely fun with the right builds!Lure, squirt, zap, and prestige throw enable you to take down groups while self-healing
