i just noticed that the flash is a reverse flash point so there is 2 in the starting season ep is the reverse flash point but maybe there is 3 cause he did say he went in back in time and killed his mom and then he was losing his powers then went back in time chasing the flash that was dying speed as well then reverses flash died than eobard thawn takes over harrison wells body than r wells takes care of barry than his speed than he regained his speed than he created another to be the flash
I don't believe Hartley was ever part of "team flash" until Barry went back and got the speed equation from wells. Wells, I'm going to be honest, I just really didn't feel like designing him.
