I’m not going to just outright say no because there might be a lender out there somewhere who would be willing to give you the money. But in all honesty, it’s going to be a no. If you want to do a pool and and a nice backyard, you can always get a loan for that, but it would be a separate loan.
I think Pulte used to have a pool company they worked with and would allow it but honestly it’s been like six years since they’ve done that. The biggest problem with it is appraising the house. A nice backyard with pool is probably going to run around 100k but it’s not going to add 100k worth of value to the home.
