Praying Mantis Eats Two Insects For A Snack

Warning: Praying Mantis eating two insects for a snack. This Preying Mantis had been sitting on the window screen for several days. I removed it, fed it a few bugs and then released it back into some rose bushes.
Sorry for the blur but I was filming through a plastic container.

I use to dip praying mantises in coloured paint and then set them free when I was a kid. I did the same with grass hoppers. Our gardens were very colourful.
