I'm actually malding watching poker face play. Like 3:04 and 6:30 peppi straight up 1v5 dives with no follow up, with the dps passive already applied, out of support los. Becky is always in the middle of the open for free and gets punished for it like 8:19 where they lose 1st because of him (proud does literally 0 dmg before peppi dies btw) and 10:50 is in the open in echo tracer and dva range with no escape route. But the 2nd midtown defense takes the cake. 9:49 peppi drops low ground which is literally the worst position possible to play from as the attackers just c9 u coz u flipped the map. So peppi realises this and goes back high ground. The problem he has no movement abilities or speed so by the time he is in a position to fight, the payload is already past the bridge and falcons have all the map in control so they just burn the dva copy and c9 coz no one else on poke face can touch. Actually tragic to watch
I was wondering if he was ever going to use that pulse on esperança lmao. Against a kiri comp alot of time it’s not even worth the time it takes to set up I guess. Not at this level
he's not gapping proud (who's not even a top 10 tracer) too much, mechanically all masters+ tracers can do this. I think smurf was the real carry this game
You do realise this close from owl performance right? So playing recklessly and trying to gap the other is only gonna make them look bad in the eyes of organisers
Probably because it's risky. Personally I feel like Tracer 1v1s are not always about mechanics. And in this comp everyone will jump you the second you look weak. You can see that really well in Proper and Chiyos PoV, so it's never a clean 1v1.
stupidest thing i've ever read lol the mechanics displayed here are incredible. 1000x better than any masters player lol. You're obviously gold and just can't tell the difference given the movements of the enemies and the pace of the gameplay. Besides, his decision making was perfect. Pressured the right targets at the right time, was always there to follow up. Incredible movement and teamplay... This is just a case of where if you don't know what you're talking about you shouldn't speak lmao
