Same thing, at any point she pointed it straight at the camera it was popping up for me. At first, I thought it was CGI actually, because it seemed to be an animation pasted onto a video. Then, she moved it around.

for years i have been extistentially saddened by the fact that I'd never be able to see in the fourth dimension (or higher) I'm so glad that reversing shapes can quell my thirst

Incorrect. For a mirror to rotate us in 4D, if you have a patch on your left eye and look in a mirror, it will show the patch on the left eye of your image.

This the first time I have understood a little bit of what rotating in 4d may look like. Really like this channel.
i used to do that a lot laying in bed staring at the upper corner of my room thinking "what if that corner was protruding instead of recessed from me?"
This is why we need new methods of teaching bc this makes me understand what 4D even is SO MUCH MORE than the literal 4 week session we had in a science class trying to teach us about dimensions and how they work

I have a very very basic fundamental knowledge of 4D, and these videos have helped me grasp the idea much better, but the main reason im still watching is because this girl's voice is seriously the most soothing voice i have ever heard in my life.
These always show you how easily our vision can see things incorrectly.

After watchig a lot of these vids, I think the best description I heard was a dimension that intersects with all of our perceivable dimensions. This give me the idea of an inside->outside dimension if that makes sense

It seems like the idea of projecting or density of dimensions comes into play like how much energy or information we put into a 2d construction is what hints at the 3rd dimension. In a way the 2nd and 4th are alot more related then we think. Bc it seems they are the collapsing of the previous dimensional information. I cant help to think of 1st as a point and higher dimensions are the point taking up all operations in current state of space. Like a wave function opening and closing.

The cube was rotated on an axis other than x y or z. It can never be changed back by 3d creatures.

this thought experiment comes very naturally to me. when i was very young i remember finding optical illusions like this and forcing my mind to see it in different ways. I never put the idea of a 4th dimension onto it until now.

That's really interesting, maybe through 3D movie polarized glasses you could see a sphere evert to its hollow, do that gradually, pulsatily to experience different 3d spheres at their 4D spatial relation, sort of. I only see well with one eye, I sort of see in 2D, magazine pages-like, but when I watched a 3D movie with shuttered polarized glasses I saw3D for the first time. You could definitely flip, or blend inside or outside, or pulsatilely, with that movie technology. People, or at least an animated character was so amazingly distracting, but pleasant and attractive, in movie 3D.

Something tells me the 4th dimension is purely perspective oriented in a higher level. You have to develop/evolve a keen sense of grasping the total of perspective of 3D in order to ascend comprehending the 4D world. Beyond that is like Lovecraft domain to our brains.
You can do this with any wall/ceiling corner of a room😊
