LOL @ child support running around. I respect everyone's choice to have or not have children, but they are sooo much more than CS. The best decision we ever made! We don't regret it! Yes, you look like him. Beautiful scenery. At the end if the day and life family is everything!😊❤
I heard pregnant women be drained and extremely tired. And heard it's worse the older the woman is. That nurse is considered Geriatric, the bf probably not helping her at home😢 and working is taking a toll her body. Yep, you do look like your dad.
That’s a really beautiful set up with the RVs & nature. I like the calm & fun atmosphere including lawn chairs & checkered floor. You guys know how to have fun. You are your dad’s mini me. 😂❤
I'm currently on leave right now for the same reason. Insomnia is real, whatever's keeping you up at night, you gotta deal with it full force if you can't stay awake at work, you have to be hella stressed
I've seen so many people get terminated over the years as being a CNA for sleeping on the job it is automatic termination l!! But it's crazy how this nurse got caught three times which means they were watching her. It isn't worth it. Yes you are your dad twin❤
It’s on her. I hate to say it. She is pregnant, she knows her limitations. The beauty of nursing is that there are soooo many avenues where if she needed to, she could get a less demanding gig. But from the sound of it, she is strapped for cash and needs to be able to show up full time. I hope she is healthy and this was a wake up call to take care of herself and her baby.
This is a nurse. I expect this of some of the aides. I caught an aide sleeping in a patient's room and reported it. But a nurse doing this 3 times., is likely a bad nurse. Some of them do not care.
I am a male nurse on 7pm to 7am shift, I take my sleep breaks in my car. Did I hear you say they took a picture of her sleeping the first time. Who took the picture? This sounds like bullying to me. Team work means "team work"! She is pregnant and trying her best to provide for her family. Shame on ALL of you...where is your empathy? The Director of Nursing should adjust the nursing schedule and keep her agency nurse because Nurses are overworked, underpaid, and wear many hats. This is why the facilities can't keep regular full-time staff.
They probably didn’t like her or were doing something shady themselves. I worked night shift as an hha. I saw 👀 nurses do their jobs but take power naps in between. I feel sometimes when they don’t like someone they will throw them under the bus. And they can pick any reason not to like them.
Shady like what? The DON had to come in to release her. She was sleeping in a patient's room, not at the station. Why would they have to tell you TWICE to stop sleeping in a room. They gave her a chance. That is not a power nap. I would have made sure no one caught . I would go someone else. Not in a patient room.
@@siriusjones956was she doing her job? That is the question. It’s night shift & it goes against the circadian rhythm. So I don’t think it’s wrong as long as the person is doing their job. Doing a 10min power nap here and there is not wrong. Plus when the nurse is tired they are more likely to commit errors.

Why have a baby with a man like that then.

Child support babies 😂😂I really love you, I am in tears🤣🤣
I hope we can make content together one day. I start LPN school in September and I want to talk about my experience pre, during, and post school!

i knew that was your father as soon as i seen him.
Nice truck❤
It's not medication it's just hard as hell to stay up during the night. I'm not a nurse but work night shift.
Don't do nights for sure. I hate having to wake people up.

Exactly. Like, I have so sorrow for someone doing this in a resident ROOM!
That’s unfortunate she got walked off. Working Night Shift is no joke
Nice piece of land

If she was having that level of fatigue, I am wondering if she has an underlying issue.

Yes you handsome like your father.💕
The nurse that was caught sleeping. Was this on 3rd shift? Or 7pm to 7am shift?
It was night shift. That is why the DON came in at 4am! Ridiculous to be caught 3 times. Some of them are not smart.
