This was by far the most interactive focus presentation I have ever observed; I like the way she use the phrase : "Here is the thing: she kept the presentation moving forward. Nothing she said or did was new to me, however, her delivery of what I already knew was so orderly with a timely factor and landed the listing.

Although she said "okay" so many times, the listing presentation was one of the best presentations I heard on TH-cam!

You should hook up your laptop screen of MLS to the big screen to share with others. It does not seem you look at real MLS and many times you point to it and back out immediately.
