I don't think the members mistreating Lucas is any way. But maybe Lucas is shy since he's still struggling with his English and Korean language. However, as an international fans, Lucas' language is the most understandable because he will mix all 4 languages (if I'm not mistaken) that he knew in 1 sentence.
