In today's video, I will show you how to make this canned tuna pattties recipe! They’re crispy, flaky and delicious and can be eaten hot, room temperature or even cold. Perfect for on-the-go and a great little snack. Hope you give these a try!
INGREDIENTS:
3 - 5 oz cans of tuna (of your choice)
2 eggs beaten
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 TBSP olive oil
3/4 cup of Panko Italian bread crumbs
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/4 Tsp Cayenne pepper (for a little heat)
1 Tsp paprika
Parsley flakes to garnish (optional)
