L'homme qui n'avait pas de Maison, Leila, Au loin la-bas, Humana, Rio, S'en aller, Ne lui parlez plus d'elle (Omidog, her voice in Ne lui parlez plus d'elle!), J'ai 12 ans, L'hymne á l'amour, her entire album Le Secrete... I could go on, but you need to go back and listen to her entire catalogue. Don't be intimidated if you don't understand French, it is totally unnecessary to falling in love with her voice, her music. Her voice is beyond description, and the writing, composition and production of every album just incredible. Trust me on this one: people around the world fell in love with The Beatles who didn't understand English. Understanding the lyrics isn't required in the case of artists like them, or like Lara Fabian (and no, I'm not comparing her to The Beatles, merely illustrating a point). Would it help one appreciate her that much more? Sure. But she's that good that it isn't required. So glad you discovered her! Don't stop here--- Her music is truly incredible whether you understand French or not. Oh: She also performs in English, in which she is perfectly fluent. She simply prefers French, and truthfully, I prefer her in French.
