Thank you. When I found out that The Camelot Inn at South Cadbury (our start & finish point) was closed for refurbishment, Iwas worried that we would not be able to get much "research" done but thankfully The Queen's Arms at Corton Denham rescued the situation!
Thank you soooo much Dave and Logan! We really appreciate everything you put into your walks and this one was super! From the scenery with those views, which were just amazing.... To our virtual pint of beer with you!😊
Hi Dave. Another great walk. Watching your latest video has become one of the highlights of our weekend in our house. You deserve at least 60000 subscribers, and they should all watch every one of your videos!
Thank you Dave and Logan for another glorious walk with some beautiful views. So glad you were both able to find some shade at times and places for Logan to paddle.
Good afternoon Dave lovely video you find the most beautiful scenery very enjoyable great work with the drone and of course lovely weather i glad you found a pub for research purposes great stuff.
We love your videos Dave. A Saturday or Sunday morning wouldn’t be the same without watching your exceptional videos over breakfast and coffee. We love seeing all the beautiful places you and Logey explore and love hearing about the history of places. Huge thanks for what you do 🙂
As another bumbling old fool, albeit one without a Whippet, I salute you for the research and effort you put into your walks. Your 5 thousand plus subscribers is well deserved. Today’s walk was absolutely stunning and once again your mini drone demonstrated it was money well spent. Thank you.
Nice to see you venturing over the border to us in Somerset! Hubby Pete was involved in the excavations of Cadbury Castle in the 60's. It was used as a Saxon mint for a while, in addition to it's earlier use.
Thanks for another great walk, and congratulations on your 6,000 subscribers. The little drone is proving its worth, with the panoramas from Cadbury Castle and the Beacon showing just how spectacular those viewpoints are.
@@DaveFord Can you not slow the speed down a little in editing? I guess it depends on the frame rate of the original footage as to whether that's possible.
Thanks, Dave and Logan, who really got his paws wet on this walk. Splendid, those hills, and imagine standing on one, saying to yourself, "I am King of all I survey." In my case I would want to be pretty nearsighted indeed to say that. And BTW I am celebrating having finished, on audiobook, "Far from the Madding Crowd", all 14 or something hours of it.
Hi Dave: I'm glad to see you've ventured into Somerset, a favourite county of mine where I was evacuated during the end of WW2. May I suggest a walk in the Masbury, Thrupe, Croscombe area , if it can be fitted into your schedule. Thanks Dereklh.
Dave if you and Logan gave tours around and i lived in England i sign up for sure . I don't think there is more beautiful area's than the one's you show us. Just a lovely walk with the history you provide is wonderful. Thanks so much and Logan welcome back.😊
Absolutely beautiful countryside Dave with superb views from all three hills, and it's plain to see why it's called "The Somerset Levels" to the west. Glad to see you had your regular sidekick back this week, though I did think his tongue was going to drag along the ground at one point 🙂. Excellent work as usual.
Thank you. The views around there were amazing. It turned out to be a much hotter day than forecast but fortunately we found a few "dog dips" and shade along the way!
Stunning views so much enhanced from the drone footage. I remember when I walked in that area I did see Glastonbury Tor in far distance from slightly more to south from Monarch's Way approaching toward Sherborne. Well done on 6k followers - richly deserved!!
Smashing video and amazing countryside Dave. Used to drive past Cadbury hillfort many times when living in South Devon and on my way to Sussex. I'll also be having a pint of Otter Ale next week at the Exeter Inn at Chittlehamholt in North Devon.
Grateful video dave ,,,but why didn't you go to compton. Pauncefoot ...the pettiest little Catholic church in southern England .in my humble opinion ....cheers,,,,,
If it had not been such a warm day and already walked a fair distance , we might indeed have finished off at Compton. I shall put it on my list for a future walk - thanks for the recommendation.
Thanks Dave. Your selfless pursuit of "research" on our behalf is very much appreciated.

Thank you Dave and Logan. Another beautiful walk shared. Potentially a walk taking in 2 pubs - heaven!
I must go back there one day just to check out The Camelot Inn ...... just for research purposes of course!

Sorry should have been 6 thousand plus subscribers. I did admit to being a bumbling old fool.
Thank you Mark. The drone helped bring out those views for sure!

We enjoyed our adventure over the border & plan to do it again next year(& more often)! Thanks for the extra info about Cadbury Castle.
Thanks for another great walk, and congratulations on your 6,000 subscribers. The little drone is proving its worth, with the panoramas from Cadbury Castle and the Beacon showing just how spectacular those viewpoints are.
Thank you Jim. I am pleased with the Drone -although I wish I could have the ability to control it's speed a bit by slowing it down a bit.

@@DaveFord It certainly was 👏
