Haven’t celebrated a regular season win like this in quite some time… this was a comeback for the ages, literally!! Haven’t had one like this since 2004!

At 4:55, the Diamondbacks had an 8-0 lead and, according to ESPN, an 87.9% chance of making the playoffs. From that point on, they went 2-5, scoring 26 runs and allowing 41. Safe to say this game broke them.
I disagree the dodgers broke them obliterated that pitching staff and they never recovered as a padres fan i was scared the padres were going to be the odd-man out especially since they had to go to LA and AZ to finish the season.
D-backs fan here but man, gotta hand it to the Brewers. Montgomery, I swear, is a back luck charm.
Monty wasn't even all that bad today, but indeed, he was a bad luck charm.
It really is such a love hate relationship with Lovullo (and the bullpen) but all love for Puk hes been so consistent since we got him its too bad we used him 2 games in a row he couldve really saved this game. Also Martinez is very young so hes just a bit inexperienced and will make mistakes every so often but has a bright future if he can work on it and improve.

Dbacks are in trouble. This loss will comeback to hunt them. Pitching continues to be a bug disappointment. I am not confident we may pass the wildcard elimination. The offseason needs to be focus on pitching. Gallen no need to resign him. As good as he has been in years past he is a major struggle now. Reminds me of Zach Grinke. Bullpen lets bring some fresh arma. They are overwork. No way they can finish strong. Moreno save him for next year. He is a game changer behind the plate. But cant risk to have him get hurt any more.
Brewers technically lost the series, but a victory like this when the D-backs needed it and had it in the bag…
