    I honestly appreciate you taking time to make this video. I am getting my 2021 Axis T23 next week. I did not grow up boating so these videos are soooooo helpful! Subscribed!

    Very good video. All stuff I know and do but no one should ever be too proud to see if they can learn something.

    Great video. Thanks. Very well done. I'm looking to buy a boat next summer. I have launched jetskis but obviously a whole different ball game. Thanks again.

    Great tip about the trailer e brake lanyard. I've been boating for a few years, but just picked up an 13 axis on a boat mate trailer and I didn't know that was the purpose of it.

    Quick question. How tall is the opening on that garage? It's amazing that a boat that big fits in there!!!

    • @ChantelBoats
      @ChantelBoats  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      7 feet! In 2018, the Axis A20 and the T22 were the only new boats with a tower that could fit in a 7 foot garage!

      @@ChantelBoats Thank you for the info. My boat is 6'8" on the trailer so I was a little worried. I feel better about it now. Please keep the videos coming!!!!!!

    When not on the hitch do you use a hitch pin lock to keep it secure? Which one do you use?

    • @ChantelBoats
      @ChantelBoats  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't have one, but it would be a good idea!

    Thank you for all your videos. I ordered my first boat today, 2022 Tahoe 185S. Do you know if AWS will be getting in the Bungee dock lines you use? I want to get a pair of those for my boat. Thankfully I'll have time!!!!!!!

    What size boat is that? That Tundra has no problem pulling that boat?

    • @ChantelBoats
      @ChantelBoats  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is a 2018 Axis T22 - it weighs 4,300lbs dry weight, so with the trailer, gas, and gear, about 7,000lbs. The Tundra handled it great. Long distances and over hills, it sometimes slowed down a little, but overall, worked very well.

    What is the garage clearance on a Malibu 23lsv with 14” Wheels and the G10 or G3.5 tower? I’ve seen some specs online but it seems no one has an exact measurement. My garage opening is 92” I’m hoping it will fit.

    • @ChantelBoats
      @ChantelBoats  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Even with the tower hoop off on the G3.5 tower (which would be a pain if you had to remove it every time!), it won't fit in a 92" garage. The measurements I have look like a 23LSV with a GX tower (racks off) could fit (with a couple inches to spare), but I would recommend working with your dealer to try to do a garage fit. Driveway angle can make a difference when fitting a boat, so if you don't want any surprises, I would get a boat there to measure before you buy if possible!

    Chantel, what is your garage door height?

    I just used this video to move my husbands boat while he was gone. The video forgot to mention lifting the motor to make sure it doesn't hit the ground moving out of the driveway. Oops.

    • @ChantelBoats
      @ChantelBoats  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh nooooooo! The boat in this video doesn't have a motor that needs to lift up and down, but that is something a lot of boats require!
