    Seems like most sidehustles arent scalable or that profitable. Id like to see a comparison where you compare against getting a traditional job with a CS degree or with an accounting degree or something like that. Basically traditional 9-5 vs side hustle

      That’s a really good idea! I’ll add it to the list.

    How did you write the book chat GPT? Maybe I missed that bit. And what about marketing, we’re those 6 sales just from organic distribution?

    • @charlie_lawrance
      @charlie_lawrance  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yo Aaron! Can't believe you've watched my vids! haha I wrote it 🙊 all the sales were purely organic and tbh I didn't really push it much at all.

    Love your content man, though my advice is to get rid of the history part because your viewers are not interested in, that'll improve your viewing retention. Want you to test print on demand too

      Thanks for your insight, I’m going to be trying some new things in the coming weeks so keep an eye out! I’ve had mixed opinions on the history part - some people love it, some people think it’s boring

      I liked the history bit tbh. I thought it was going to lead into how there is AI writing now.

      @@charlie_lawrance I can't lie I like the history bit and explanation and I learn new facts from it but yeah could make it a little more concise and shorter to keep viewers interested

    5:58, make a video on how you created the book? How did you summarised your experience in user testing? And a personal question on related to video, what is the page count of the paperback version and what was the size of the book.

    • @charlie_lawrance
      @charlie_lawrance  ปีที่แล้ว

      For the book I typed it out based on parts of the User Testing YT video and extra findings that didn’t make the edit.
      The book is 30 pages, size 5x8.

  • @AaronVankampen
    @AaronVankampen ปีที่แล้ว

    I’m curious the demographics of who bought this book lol. Try doing a part 2 with an aggressive Facebook marketing campaign with some over the top video ads.

    I hear people talk about coding as a high income skill, but what actually is it, how does it help a business.
    And I here you say how bad copywriting is. I started learning it about a month ago, should I try something different or not?

    • @charlie_lawrance
      @charlie_lawrance  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      tech companies employ software engineers to build their products. Digital marketing is very in-demand and so is video editing right now. Either of those would be better than copywriting IMO.

    Curious what the sales look like now that this video has been released. I design covers for a local author. If this what she is making, I’m raking her over the coals with my editing charges.

    Hey, just a heads up. There's a fake account of you trying scam people, I'm not sure how the scam works yet they'll probably just ask for money of some sort but I just thought I'd give you a heads up. The account is @charliellawrance I've reported it already.
