@Robo R Let me give you something to think about my friend. First and foremost, the LaVaga folks are sailors, with more experience offshore than many folks that call themselves sailors. This means that LaVaga will always be a sailing channel no matter the passenger list. Secondly, there is no "leftist acult" ( I assume you mean Occult? nothing there either!!). Climate issues are based on actual science and not the ravings of your masters terrified that they may have to give up their turn at your pocket. Bottom line, leave LaVaga alone except to create a sense of respect and wonder at their abilities and, yes, their success. If you are a sailor, shame on you, if not, take the chance to learn something about our sport.
@Robo R You know Rob, words fail me. I stand by my statements and basically wish you the best. I have all the time in the world for reasoned discussion. I have no patience nor time for those that choose to defend the indefensible. I will return to my basic point, the SLV folks are good and decent people. They will survive quite happily the words from both sides. GT and those that support her are decent folks with a concern for this world that is unfortunately not shared universally. Fair winds and following seas my friend.

@@karrahammett504 yeah. Do you think they are going to keep sailing for years and years.??? Has a few left before starting socializing for schools if they go thatvroute
@@karrahammett504 one of my only true fears is when you out in the middle of the ocean swimming off the boat and you look down and think about how deep down it is and all the things under and around you. Burrrr that's creepy.

I am so stoked for this series!! Good on you both for taking on such an amazing challenge with that great kiddo of yours!
These patrons seem to be family types who love watching the both exciting and wholesome adventure that these guys are on. I certainly am/ do.
Even though we know it all ends well, I will be on pins and needles waiting for the next video of this voyage. What an amazing thing you guys did, with Lenny to boot! And that wonder of a girl...had no idea she was so tiny!
I’m so nervous for you even though you have already successfully completed this trip. It’s a legacy of bravery, skill, determination and love for our planet. Thank you 💕
he's done it in good weather and close to shore...this is insanity.
The planet loves my Ford F 250 6.7 Diesel too.
@@Furnoggin So does Saudi Arabia.
I'm happy to see People helping other People.
Wow what a lovely story and family. Thanks for sharing.
I love how people came together to support you in making this crossing with Greta and her Dad. It just goes to show how we all can support each other in turning this huge ship of the Earth around - into better health and well being!! Fair winds!
Lenny is always so interested and fascinated by everything I swear 😂
Alec Ver Bunker That is what a normal baby does unlike the ones who are given a digital device for distractions...
Lol the joys of being a young lad.!!!.

The more you travel the world, you realize how small and precious it is. We are all living in the same little fishbowl.
Very cool that you were able to be a part of Greta’s Journey. To me she represents the changing of the guard, the next generation, having a greater appreciation for our planet and the challenges ahead. Fair winds and following seas to all.
We have always been so proud of you two but today we are FEELING ALL THE EXTRA FEELS!!! Thank you for sailing Greta and her father, for sharing your adventures so fearlessly and for just being you 💜. Sending lots of love. We'll see you next Monday for more x
Omg! i love both ur channels
dude I can only imagine how much Riley is just SO pumped to do this crossing.
Been waiting so long for these videos! Can't wait to see more!
You are really brave, i had reservations first because i am a father too so basically scared of everything, but you are so serious and pro in your preparations that they vanished replaced by my deep admiration for you both.
..."and I'm Australian yeah"
gus ward it’s racist to say your Australian

Keep it up guys! Don't let the haters get you down!!!

@@vk2ig That's exactly my point. Just because you are not burning petroleum does mean you aren't using large quantities of carbon based compounds. Personally, I think we are doing a good job extracting tied up carbon so it can be beneficial to earth kind.
Amazing! This is like a 21st century barn raising. So cool to see how Riley and Elayna volunteer and then their patrons volunteer to help in the big adventure.
Way sweet how your Patreons are so loving and helpful....wonderful to see people with a heart❣️❣️❣️❣️
Those lovely step grandparents oh wow hugs to them
Loved it. I'm excited to see the rest of this adventure. Great channel!
Before it was out on TH-cam I had my thoughts it was La Vagabonde. Your concern for the climate and care for the environment is what everyone else's should be doing!!!! Congratulations to all are making a change to the world.xx
So exciting to see your preparations! Can’t wait for the next episodes. It’s good to know you’re already safe and sound on the other side of the ocean :)
Absolutely amazing! Riley, the care that you take to ensure everything is taken care of. The extreme amount of planning in such a short time. Elayna, the preperation for feeding the crew, making everyone feel comfortable and doing that in the snow is wild! Lenny, take care little man! Your parents have your safety first and foremost in their minds. Your parents are beyond cool. I'm sure that you will provide many giggles on this journey. To the rest of the crew, kudos to you for such an amazing journey and for helping out our favorite youtubers! And to Greta, you are such an inspiration to so many people around the world! We are in Nashville Tennessee and we have watched your activism and cheered you on! Thank you just does not begin to cover it for what you have done for the future of our one planet. Safe travels to you all.
What you have too do... Or should do when you make an oceanic crossing.
I was so excited to watch this! I teared up when Elayna was emotional. Trust me, we share this emotion with you and all of the crew. So proud of what do and that you share it with all of us. Thank you!
I'm in tears, while a smile is breaking my face
Yes, yes perhaps we do still have a future
Go Lenny!!
Making history! La Vagabonde!Bravo👍🏻
I can literally feel the tension! Jesuss you guys are crazy but I'm so in awe! So excited for next Monday :))
What a fantastic episode! I can't wait for the rest, I love long journeys and all the preparation that goes into it. Thanks for sharing so much of it!!
We are finally starting to see the real trip, not the news soundbite version. Great of you to pull all this together with good people and make it happen. Waiting for more!
Looking after 2 babies will be tiresome.
you give people like me that are dealing everything including depression an opportunity to actually feel like they're experiencing thew world. thank you for your videos., I'm going through alot but it will all sail on. I love you guys thank you guys.
Absolutely loved this first of 6. It was great watching how much hands-on preparation is required for such a epic adventure. Keep doing the amazing work of spreading awareness.
I’ve been looking forward to these videos since you made the trip. This was a great first episode. Very excited for you all. Keep them coming.
2:06 did I hear that right? “And I’m Australian yeah” that makes it a done deal lol love it
I loved that. Like being an Australian means he can do anything!
Exactly what I thought.. "and I'm Australian yeah" so she'll be right mate...
Yep we live with killer snakes, spiders, crocks, droughts, floods and huge bush fires that burn half our country at once and still insist the we have the most beautiful land in the world. To say we are tough maybe even a bit stubborn.....yeah ok. But it does teach us not to take things lightly and to never go down without a fight!
The amount of help people are willing to give, shows how good humans can be. Let this be a reminder, we can always help one another. Because we are all the same.
Oh, this is SO worth the wait. Absolutely salivating for next episode. EPIC!
Good on you guys, how awesome is this. Just incredible, well done.
Seeing Wayne and Lenny is so heartwarming!!
Preparing for this journey... all those fine, strong, beautiful people... makes me cry, how often ever I watch it. `Well done` to you all, love from here !
This is my favorite show, your videos are easy to follow. Thank you for your time we are all just keeping each other company on this planet whilst we are alive .
Daaaaaang it, this was way to short.... can't wait to see the rest of it!!
Only saw a glimpse of Wayne and Judy but they look like the grandparents I wish i would had!
And the quality of the editing confirm that!
The videos are always to short. I love this family. And the lavagabonde family they have created. This short series. Will be fantastic.
What a greta episode!
This family and their son, Lenny, just made our day!
So proud to have been (and continue to be) a patreon subscriber. Good on you mates.
I know this is an older video but i just recently subscribed. The more I watch you all the more I love you.
I am sitting here just being SO proud of you all! Can not wait to see the crossing.
this video is amazing!! yall are the best youtubers... I am so excited! Made my week:)
This is a story about people making a difficult journey together. The adventure of crossing oceans requires courage, teamwork, common purpose and understanding. Isn't this what politics should be about?
I love that you do EVERYTHING with your kids in a Papoose on are your hip! I also did EVERYTHING with my kids including a ride with ATVs or quads up in the mountains!
Well now i sure didn't see THIS coming. All the best... She's in good hands and i have always felt you are in Good hands too.... Cheers
This has been one of my favorite channels from the beginning. The scenery, adventures, excitement, the love they share in their new family is what makes this channel so great. I'm sitting here reading comments wondering where this channel will be after the last Greta vid.
More popular than ever mate.
Better and stronger than ever.
greta is just a propaganda puppet for the elites, i would of hoped & thought this channel would see right through her country hopping expiditions especially when it is just all the western countries who arent nowhere near as bad at polution as your asian eastern countries !
Woohoo!!! I have been waiting for this for a long time and couldn't watch any of your episodes recently until this was posted. Definitely the most anticipated TH-cam episode in history. So good to see the team assemble and prepare for this historic and epic journey across the Atlantic. This is the kind of stuff that legends are made of and very proud to tell the world that I meet you, Elay and Riley. Can't wait for the next episode. Thank you.
I can not believe this was two years again?! I watched so intently!
Just amazing ❤️ makes me want to cry hearing Riley’s last sentence and thinking about what you’ve been through. I’m actually relieved that these videos are being posted so long after they were filmed so I know you all made it to Europe safe! Love you and can’t wait for next week x

It again shows how well story tellers you are and how connected you are to your viewers.
Keep it up and cannot wait for the next videos to come ❤️
Excellent video! I'll echo the comments and say I'm looking forward to these videos.
It's disappointing to see the 5k negative comments - and unfortunately this will no doubt grow. I don't want to belabor the obvious, as nobody's mind will be changed in this era of internet hate and fixed opinions, but I will share this:
Sailing La Vagabond is a treasure. I watch it with my young boys, because it reinforces the values of strength, community, and family that are (if anything!) more important than ever.
Sincerely, thank you!
" as nobody's mind will be changed in this era of internet hate and fixed opinions"
So, anybody who disagrees with you is guilty of "hate"? Really?
Fixed opinions? Or anti-propaganda? Notice how there isn't a single negative comment that has been there for more than an hour, except for just a few wrote before 1 hour? All negative comments are being deleted around the clock, mine has been and all I wrote was "propaganda to increase taxes on the peasants and justify it on environmental causes".
