Season 5 is the best BY FAR... Bauer's back and reloaded kicking ass since hour 1 and it's him against everybody else... Pure action when Bauer faces some of the best villains in the entire series... Bierko, Henderson, The President, etc... Favorites seasons are: 5, 3, 2, 6, 1, 8, 7 and 4

@jake619 the main villain said he had to kill ryan (because ryan was getting close to finding him through the money trail his correspondances were leaving) or he would release the virus. they couldnt find him in time, so jack did as the villain asked. and shot him in the head.
season 5 was excellent but it killed of 2 of my favourite characters, tony and michelle(well at that point i thought they killed 2^_^)lol michelle was such a good character:(

I'll just say, first 5 seasons were awesome, the way you rank them is based on personal preference, season 6 sucked, and season 7 was good until jack got that stupid disease making him useless for the rest of the season.
This show never gets old. No matter how much I re-watch, it's still entertaining as hell.
