The thing I love about Black Metal is that it is so accessible to the average person technically speaking. No need for expensive equipment, spending years and years learning guitar techniques, finding band mates (how many bm bands are solo), etc. Not saying just anyone can make Black Metal, it still requires a special kind of soul but its not overwhelming to do. Exactly. The artistic and recording aspects are not very technical but as a musical style, Black Metal requires a certain "spirit" in order to create or appreciate. There's a paradoxical nature to it too - it is simple yet complex. Cheers.

I love videos like this, I haven't even watched it yet but I'm assuming I'll like it edit: I'm up to 1:58 and this sounds like the best thing I've heard from u so far
Way i record my one man bands demos and songs. I use phone recorder. I record cheap guitar and my bad vocals. I use pringles spekear as pedal (it gives more fuzzier and grim sound). Then i record drums. Oh wait. I dont have money for drums. No problem. I use broken buckets and metal cans. I mix drums to sound louder and then i mix my whole songs as one full demos and maybe leave it original sound or maybe i mix it little more grim sounding with some free mixer. :D its easy and fun. My own music sounds a mix of grindcore, early death and early black metal. Sometimes i dont sing anything, i just spiritually scream. I have soul and attitude, its not actually humoristic, cause im fucking serious. Greetings from finland (im 16 years old).
