    Nice project!
For those who want to do less work: Make the loop in the style as shown in this video but connect the positive and negative wire of the tail light directly to the USB charger (without a relay). On my bike I have LED lights. The lights use about 2A in total but the fuse is 15A so the USB charger won't blow the fuse. The wire of the tail light is thick enough for the load of the USB charger as well. (My USB-charger will use 5.4A max).

Just wondering where you sourced the parts from as this is how I want to do mine?

Not sure where you are in the world, you might have local options. I put Amazon links in the video description for the main items.
Where I am in Australia, I used a combination of Amazon, Jaycar, Altronics, I had to get the relay (used) from a garage, because I was not able to get one online. I also had a lot of the stuff already. The USB charger is from Stedi

Hi, I got mine in Australia from Supercheap auto they are the Audi style.

If you are not in Australia you can get the equivalent parts from Amazon:
      Indicators: amzn.to/42ILOza
Indicator LED Flasher Relay 2-pin: amzn.to/3nSgqiY

Hello, I am interested in your brake light loom extension, but a bit confused. Looking at the extension on the bike, the new plug/socket seems to be 6 way, but on the incomplete loom on bench seems to be a 3 way? could you clarify. I also assume your wire trigger branch is doubled up with the yellow wire to fuse no 6

Hi, it probably just looks that way because it is folded over. It is definitely a 3 way straight thru connection with a wire split out to feed the new relay.
I don’t recall the trigger wire colour, without looking at the bike again.

I have no idea, but if I was Royal Enfield I would not want two bikes in the range so close in engine capacity.
