- We finally got all our features ticked off today here at RedBull Rampage. What an amazing feeling that is. This huge battle ship feature has been keeping me up at night for weeks and to finally ride it this morning was just amazing. Mountain biking is just the best, even in a dusty desert in Utah.

In years to come people will remember this line, and not who was on the podium. This will go down in history as one of the gnarliest mtb rides ever, not just the gnarliest line at rampage. You should be very proud of yourself Brendog, Olly and Deakin. 10/10
Daylight robbery, man. I think it's personal with the judges and Brendog. Regardless, your run is and has been the most memorable run! I cannot even imagine the amount of courage and commitment it takes to commit to features like that humongous canyon gap.

Everything about Brendogs run was memorable. Sorry but the Judges could have been at any bike park to hand out 95 for a flip drop.
Where’s the reward for TRUE risk like Bren’s run, Cam’s run never what it was, the judges over scored runs that didn’t merit the rider ! Just to see the style Bren rode, the front wheel entry to drops, ease he rode, just so pleased for him 👏🏽

Your run was unreal. So glad you didn't do a second run. The scoring doesn't reflect the risks. It seems they reward tricks over risk... wrong event for that! You're an MTB legend for sure
Thank you. Maybe add a big flip on the smooth stuff at the mid/bottom? Even then I am sure the Judges would just choose their friends.

@@letsride4653exactly. He did the 2 most exposed features neither of which have been run before, and only 1 other person ran the battleship and they started scoring a slopestyle competition instead of freeride.
No way Cam Zink won with a trick he did here 10 years ago. Didn’t win then and shouldn’t have won today.

You built your run from scratch, you totally read and interpreted the environment, crafted a line, tested your boundaries in every way... then owned the moment like a proper champ. So smooth, so much style (no hander was tooo brave). They can stick their slopestyle and their localism up their Jacksies. BRENDOG is the king of the mountain. Happy Bday lil dog btw.

That run was absolutely legendary. The internet latches onto drama and of course we want to see you recognised by judges. But what you did up there is mountain biking history. The people's champion without a DOUBT.

Not gonna lie, Zink has always been my favourite rider by a large margin. Not just his riding but how he's living life in general. Just a good bloke all round, so I'm stoked for him.. But there's no way. 3rd maybe behind yourself and Bienvenido, but you should've been on that top box for sure mate. Hands down a historic run 🤌

I stopped watching after they scored it so low. It no longer mattered to me. I witnessed the greatest moment of the event and I knew some trick bullshit would win after that scoring

jumped on my seat when you sui'd that canyon gap. your run was by far the most big mountain run! early on the build I was hesitant if you would get speed on that run in. but man that was one hell of a run. should have been on the top 3.

Your Canyon gap and the battleship are 2 of the 3/4 gnarliest sections of the whole event (the others being the 2 big drops). People's champ, that is what we watch rampage for.
