Why are people assuming that it’s the tucker fingers and shafts that are bad. I have only replaced tucker fingers or the shaft if they were physically damaged. Missing bales intermittently is most likely other areas of the knotter

One thing you didn’t mention can you put that tucker shaft in without removing the knotters? I need to do the same thing to my Baler

Yes it just take so fanagalin to get under the knotters
@@gatecity5284 I did it this.passed weekend. I slid the timing drum(?) over on the shaft, and boom! Tough actin tinactin.
Think this may help me also. My baler is not tie right side and I see the tucker fingers on mine are not same position. Thanks
Your operator manual should detail the procedure to adjust them.
